ALLEYKAT is a mobile-and-web product, not a developer platform — but there are real integration points for athletes and timers today, and more on the roadmap. This section documents what you can do right now.
Available today
- Garmin — connect a Garmin account so activities auto-route into matching races.
- GPX result recovery — submit a
.gpxtrack to be replayed through a race course. - Data export — download participants and results as CSV from the Dashboard.
- Strava — connect Strava to push a run from your ALLEYKAT run history out to your Strava feed, and to pick a Strava activity to submit as a race result.
On the roadmap
API licensing for year-round race directors. If you put on races consistently throughout the year, you'll be able to license the ALLEYKAT API — live GPS tracking, waypoint validation, results, and spectating — and build it into your own site, app, or race-day setup.
A public REST API and webhooks for third-party timing systems, plus additional activity sources for result matching (Coros, Apple Health). The result-matching engine is already source-agnostic, so a new source plugs in with just an ingest adapter. Strava result submission is a manual picker today — there is no automatic Strava sync engine like Garmin's, so a Strava activity becomes a result only when you choose it. There is no public API today and no dated timeline for one; if you're building something that needs one, tell us and it helps us prioritise.
