Registration fees for paid races are collected by the race organizer through Stripe, and refund decisions are made by the organizer. ALLEYKAT's per-runner and percentage fees cover payment processing and platform costs.
Requesting a refund
- Check the race's detail page for the organizer's stated refund policy.
- Contact the race organizer/director directly — they can process refunds for their event through Stripe.
- If you can't reach the organizer, contact ALLEYKAT support and we'll help route your request.
Free races
Free races and FKT routes have no registration fee, so there's nothing to refund — just unregister if you can no longer attend. Async races may be free or paid, so check the race page.
Policies vary by event
Because organizers run their own events, refund windows and eligibility are set per race. Always review the individual race's policy before registering.
