The scene
Albuquerque’s unsanctioned bike races are announced mostly on Instagram and collected on the community-run Albuquerque Bike Calendar at abq.bikecal.org, where Gatos Callejeros Racing Club, Cagefree, Push and Pull ABQ and the Fixed Friday riders listed a solstice alleycat, fixed-gear crits, a WTFNB alleycat, a Halloween alleycat and a Thanksgiving-weekend team race in 2025. On foot, A Curious Attitude holds two free fat ass runs, the 12-hour Academy of Pain and the Oak Flats loops near Tijeras, and the Vivo Midnight 50K and 25K were timed on ALLEYKAT in August 2026.

How races get in here
The directory is curated by ALLEYKAT. Races timed on the app appear in their city on their own once they have a date or have been run, and everything else is added by hand after we have checked it against the organiser’s own page. There is no form and no fee.
